SALE AGREEMENT — BUYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By completing this transaction, the buyer confirms each of the following: that every term of this sale has been reviewed and is understood; that no promise, commitment, or representation was made by the seller outside of what appears in writing on the Bill of Sale and related documents; that the buyer was free to have the vehicle examined by a qualified mechanic before agreeing to buy it; and that the written sale documents, taken as a whole, represent the complete understanding between the buyer and seller — nothing more, nothing less.
BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this vehicle sale or the condition of the vehicle — including but not limited to claims of fraud, misrepresentation, breach of warranty, or violation of state or federal law — shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This agreement does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
CONFIRMATION OF LEGAL CAPACITY:
The buyer's signature on this document serves as their personal confirmation that they have reached the age of majority — eighteen (18) years or older — as required to enter a legally binding agreement in the State of Alabama, and that nothing prevents them from completing this vehicle purchase as a matter of law.

Cualquier disputa, reclamo o controversia que surja de o se relacione con esta venta de vehículo o la condición del vehículo — incluyendo pero no limitado a reclamos de fraude, tergiversación, incumplimiento de garantía o violación de ley estatal o federal — se resolverá exclusivamente a través de arbitraje vinculante en lugar de en un tribunal.
